Key Holder:

Helly Hansen Newport is seeking motivated full time Key Holder to join our team.

Helly Hansen (since 1877) provides high quality, protective technical gear for work, survival, and sport. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, outgoing, and dependable individuals. Employee must provide excellent customer service, maintain stock and visual appearance of the store, and provide product knowledge. (hellynewengland.com)

The Key Holder responsibilities are to take an active role in overseeing the opening and closing of the store, providing leadership to the staff by maintaining the highest level of store standards, assisting the Owner and Assistant Manager, acting as manager when Owner and Assistant Manager are not in the store, delegating tasks amongst sales associates, and maintaining store operational policies and procedures.

Helly Hansen Newport is seeking a Data Entry / Retail Operations Specialist to join our team. HH is a high end outdoor retail shop located in the heart of historic Newport. Potential growth opportunity within highly successful business.

We are looking for someone who is:

Detail oriented
Offers outstanding computer skills with focus on excel and MS office
Has experience with Retail Pro software and quick books or can learn software quickly
Knowledge of inventory count processes
Dependable and motivated

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

input all product information, purchase orders, and invoices
receiving all bulk orders
reviewing all receivables to ensure order/invoice/packing list match
all pricing in the computer system is accurate and up to date including all markdowns
Work sales floor when needed.
Retail Pro updates/ training as needed
Work with IT to insure all hardware working correctly
Inventory procedures
Importing of Vendor catalogs – preseason
Assuring the accuracy of data feeds with ECI/amazon
