Hi Jay!
I only spoke the truth!  You have hired an amazing staff and should 
pat yourself on the back!  In all my years going to Newport and 
shopping, I have never been so happy to go to the same store to shop 
day after day!  Who does that each day and at the same store?  Me!  :-)  
I actually shopped on the internet first and was delighted with that 
experience as well!  The live help is AWESOME!  As much as I LOVED 
my purchase, I did have to return them due to the fit.  Even the 
return was done with ease (in store). I still regret passing up 
on the red jacket I saw on the wall. On the "Deadliest Catch" wiki 
page, I posted a picture and linked to your store on the "Crew Sightings" 
page.  I requested you as a friend. We have plans to go to the warehouse 
sale already!  I hope to see you and your beautiful dog there!

My item arrived today and I am delighted with it.
Hi!
I was in your store almost daily last week!  My Husband and I bought a 
few things, each time, and the quality of everything is AMAZING!  
The staff was FANTASTIC in helping me get everything I needed and we 
appreciated all the time they spent with me to find the most appropriate 
sneakers for my feet! We also went to see Edgar on Saturday and I wanted 
to pass along the pictures we took (attached)!  It was surreal meeting Edgar!  
I've worked with celebrities and have been in the business myself.  
I was never "star struck" in my LIFE by any of the actors and models 
I've worked with.  I was literally shaking when it was time to meet 
Edgar...so much so that he was kind enough to mention the fact that 
I was shaking!  I guess it was meeting someone that puts his life on the 
line in a reality show and not someone from a "fluff" faux reality show 
that hit me in the heart.  Thank you so very much and I will be back 
over and over when we visit my Husband's family or vacation there!

howdee from idaho! I've never written a letter like this before, but it was important 
for me to tell you how my HHPACKABLE jacket saved me! My husband and I each have one 
and it has traveled with us to several countries and about 30 states in the past 10 
years! It is the most amazing thing we own...the other day I was coming home and my 
window would not go up! I fortunately had my jacket with the HOOD with me, zipped 
it up and drove the 30 miles I had to go in a wind and snow storm, the whole while 
thanking this jacket and YOU!! You just had to know how grateful I was!! Thanks HH

Hi Jay,
I wanted to deliver some positive feedback to you.  I've had a great 
experience ordering through your online site, when there was a 
inventory problem I received a direct phone call to let me know, 
rather than an e-mail that could have delayed the order.  The woman 
I spoke to was very helpful, and we were able to find a similar product 
that met my needs.  Then the icing on the cake was the UPS tracking so 
that I know the delivery arrived safely, even though I haven't even 
made it hope yet. Thanks Man!

Good news: The order arrived yesterday!
Bad news: The wrong item arrived!

I was expecting a XL Lifa bottom. What I got was a XL top. 
(I had originally ordered an XXL top and an XL bottom .... 
I‘ve already received the top and was waiting for 
the XL bottom to complete the order) 

I‘m not going to give up on you guys. We may have had problems  
with this order, but you‘ve got great customer service ... 
and to me, that‘s what‘s important. You may not even 
know this, but I‘ve ordered over $1000.00 from you guys 
in the last month or so ... and am very happy with the 
H/H jackets and bibs. 

I‘ll need to send this back (XL top).
Is there a return number I should use??
Where should I return it ??
